By accessing and using the Verge BotPH website (botph.vergesoftwaresolutions.store) and any related services provided by Verge Software Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Verge BotPH is a showcase and lead-generation site for AI chatbot services targeted at Filipino small-and-medium businesses. The site provides:

• Live, interactive chatbot demos representing different business types (dental clinic, carinderia, salon, etc.)
• Information about our chatbot setup and pricing
• A contact / lead form for businesses interested in our service

The chatbot demos are powered by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google) and are intended for demonstration purposes only.

3. Demo Use and Limitations

The chatbot demos:

• Are rate-limited to prevent abuse (currently 30 requests per minute per IP)
• Should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice
• May produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading responses inherent to AI systems
• Reflect generic system prompts; an actual production chatbot for your business would be customized

Prices, hours, services, and other operational details mentioned in chatbot replies are illustrative examples for demo purposes — not actual offerings of any real business.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to bypass the rate limit or other technical safeguards
• Submit content designed to elicit harmful, illegal, or abusive AI responses
• Use the demos to scrape, train models, or for any commercial purpose other than evaluation
• Submit personal data of others without their consent via the contact form
• Attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the showcase design, copy, system prompts, and source code — is owned by Verge Software Solutions, except where third-party trademarks or open-source notices appear. The Laravel framework, Inter and DM Sans fonts, and other open-source components are used under their respective licenses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated responses are not guaranteed to be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verge Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Third-Party Services

The chatbot demos rely on third-party AI providers including Anthropic and Google. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of these third-party services. Their respective terms of service apply when their services are invoked.

9. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Pampanga Province, Philippines.
